Ai Font Detector operates on a strict zero-retention policy. We do not store, catalog, train public generative models on, or sell your uploaded screenshots, client graphics, or vector PDF documents. All optical character segmentation and vector cross-correlation happens entirely in ephemeral, volatile RAM and is immediately flushed.
01.Data We Do NOT Collect
Unlike traditional font finders and stock image repositories, Ai Font Detector is designed as a stateless utility:
- No User Account Information: We do not offer passwords, account creation, or user logins. We do not store names, personal addresses, or phone numbers.
- No Financial or Credit Card Data: Our web suite is 100% free with no payment gateway or credit card processing.
- No Permanent Image Caching: When you drag and drop an image or PDF, it resides in memory only during the active vectorization request. Once font matches are calculated, memory buffers are released.
- No Model Retraining on User Content: We never use client design mockups, unreleased trademarks, or proprietary brand identities to train external machine learning datasets.
02.Information Processed Locally in Your Browser
To deliver an optimal visual experience, small non-identifying preferences are saved exclusively within your browser's local storage:
- Dark/light appearance theme settings
- Specimen display mode preference (Cropped Word, Pangram, Alphabet)
- Specimen font size preference (24px, 36px, 48px)
- Selected interface language preference
* This data never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser cache.
03.Website URL Inspector Processing
When utilizing our live website URL inspector tool, our backend server fetches the public HTML document and CSS stylesheets of the specified domain solely to extract typographic font-family stacks and `@font-face` links. We do not inspect cookies, session data, or authentication headers from target domains.
04.Third-Party Infrastructure & CDNs
Ai Font Detector is globally distributed via Cloudflare edge networks for low latency and DDoS protection. Standard server access logs (such as truncated IP addresses, request timestamps, and user agent strings) are maintained temporarily for cybersecurity monitoring and rate-limiting enforcement.
Web font specimens are loaded directly from the official Google Fonts CDN via encrypted HTTPS connections.
